Ctrip built the largest Call Center in Asia
  

On July 1, 2009, Ctrip announced to start up a nationwide network of emergency assistance. When the Ctrip members meet the emergency situation in course of the domestic journey so to the normal itinerary can¡¯t go ahead, the members can call up to the Ctrip hotline to seek for the help, consequently the Ctrip Service Representative all over the country will provide various emergency aid services to the members. Ctrip is the first travel services company to start up nationwide network of emergency assistance, the network now covers more than 50 domestic cities, including Ctrip Shanghai headquarters and 11 branch offices, and more than 40 sales outlets airport.

Emergency aid network mainly aim to the members during the journey, who meet serious disease or accidents etc. It plays two roles on both sides, one of is the airport emergency assistance for members encountering the luggage or documents lost or missing the flight, Ctrip service representatives on-site will provide guidance for the coordination and help as much as possible; the second is emergency road assistance for members suffering from sudden serious disease, Ctrip will co-ordinate the hotel to send members for medical treatment, or members met accident during the journey or the traveling hardly to go ahead, Ctrip will also provide the necessary assistance as well.

Ctrip re-elected in the "2009 HuRun top Report Chinese brands"
On June 25, 2009, Report published in Shanghai Research Institute of the "2009 HuRun top Report Chinese brands", re-elected to the success of Ctrip. The book particularly introduced relevant terms of ¡°Travel Regulations¡±, which is involved to transparent disclosure of tourism information, from the accommodation, travel, leisure time, shopping and etc. to promote tourism information transparency so as to set a new regulation to protect the legitimate rights and interests of tourism consumers.
