普陀全民健身中心位于东港新区商务中心34号地块，海印路1055号，整体区域形状成T字型。中心东临海印路，南朝普陀人民医院，西侧接普陀中学，北连规划中的纬十一路，总体环境背山面海，交通便利，环境优美。
中心占地面积46780平方米，建筑占地总面积为25000平方米，总建筑面积为121200平方米，其中地上部分86740平方米，地下部分34460平方米。
