Miss Sun said that by the hard working within ten months, Ctrip Information Technology Building was officially completed roof-sealing. As one of the largest investment of Ctrip in recent years, the successfully construction of the building has a very important strategic significance. It will be the largest call center within the domestic and even the Asian tour trade. It will provide the hardware support and facilities for the Ctrip long-term development.
Ctrip has more than 3000 call seats, in spite of these, with the business of the rapid growth of Ctrip, the current call center operations have been insufficient to support long-term growth. To this end, Ctrip planning a more substantial and advanced call center, and will address selected in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone to the area of business.
The building was started in September 2008 and expected to be completed before the end of 2009 and formally put into use in 2010. After the completion of the building, it will be the second call center of Ctrip, more than 10,005 seats.
